Metallurgica San Marco has equipped itself with the “Total Quality Control System”, born from the synergy between Q-TECH SRL, specialized in the production of systems for non-destructive controls on the production line, and EJP Machines, a leader in the production of machines and plants for the finishing of bars.
Metallurgica San Marco has been collaborating for years with Q-Tech and had already equipped its production lines with the most modern systems of the “ReLine 3D” family for dimensional control and the detection of surface defects on the bars.
Now, the first in the Italian metallurgical scene, Metallurgica San Marco adds to these systems the most innovative and revolutionary machinery for the control of straightness of the bars: the “3D Straightness Control System”. This is a unique system in the sector that allows to check the error of non-straightness of the bars directly on the production line. From the integration of these systems comes the “Total Quality Control System”, the innovation that allows to achieve not only a complete traceability of the quality of each bar produced, but also the implementation of an integrated monitoring and adjustment system of the production process.
This additional investment will allow Metallurgica San Marco to guarantee an unprecedented quality and traceability of the production process in the sector of the drawn brass bar, which continously sets increasingly stringent quality requirements.
