22 November 2017 – Successful company case histories to help young people approach the world of work. These are the Talent Days, days of educational and informative orientation held by HR Directors and HR Managers of important national and multinational companies who, in the capacity of Testimonials, put their experience and personal and professional skills at the disposal of those present.
A prominent figure at the Talent Day on 22 November, at the Gardaforum in Montichiari, was Alessandro Rasetta, HR & Innovation Manager of Metallurgica San Marco. “Taking part in the Talent day was enthralling for Metallurgica – Rasetta commented – an important occasion to measure itself with the territory and its main businesses, for a mutual understanding of the importance of pursuing the placement of talents. Talking to young people also leads to a better understanding of the role played by companies in the making of professionalism and, last but not least, the opportunity to use this showcase to attract resources.
